Larry Weichman, Broker/ President, licensed by the state
of California to sell real estate since 1976. Over 30 years of
professional service to the community of Costa Mesa with 1,035 homes sold as of
January 1, 2007. Member of the following Organizations, California Association of Realtors,
National Association of Realtors, and current Chairperson City of Costa Mesa Housing Appeals Board
(2nd term), Board Director for the Costa Mesa Chamber of Commerce, Member Social Committee Mesa
Verde Country Club, Tennis Member Mesa Verde Country Club, Real Estate
writer for the Orange County Register Newspaper and featured Real Estate writer
for the Mesa North Community Association and current Board member for the
Newport Beach Association of Realtors Government and Political Affairs Committee
and umpire for Costa Mesa National Little League and assistant baseball coach. Past President Mesa North Community
Association, Past Treasurer Mesa North Community Association, Former
Member City of Costa Mesa 3 R Committee, Past Vice President Mesa Pride
Past committee appointments- Orange Coast Association of Realtors Multiple Listing Committee and the Collegiate All American Golf Foundation.
Larry also obtained for the city a graffiti removal machine thru funding of over
$20,000 from the city council. Larry was also instrumental in getting many
improvements for the apartments in the Coolidge- Fillmore area of Mesa North. We are a
proud sponsor of the Costa Mesa Grand Prix Bike Race, CostaMazing and many other community
events with the city and local Newport- Mesa Schools, including Jog A Thons and
Country Fair. Schools that we support include Costa Mesa High, Estancia High,
Paularino Elementary, Adams Elementary and Killybrooke Elementary. Larry
also was featured on KTLA Channel 5 News Cyberguy as one of the first Realtors
in Southern California to use the internet for buying and selling homes.
Larry has represented many financial institutions in selling
their bank owned properties (REO's). Past clients include Associates
Finance, Home Savings, Freddie Mac, EMC Mortgage, General Electric Mortgage
Insurance, Transamerica Services and several BPO firms including OCWEN Services
and REO Services.
Laurie Weichman, Realtor Associate, licensed by the state of
California to sell real estate since 1987. Over 20 years of experience in
Costa Mesa. Member California Association of Realtors, and National
Association of Realtors. Area of specialization is in the community of Mesa Verde.
Mother of 2 children Jackie and Garrett.

experienced home buyer looking for 'Sale by Owner' homes or homes through our
'Exclusive' or Local 'Multiple Listing Service'.
Listing Agent - The Listing Agent provides home sellers with information
to help you determine the value of your home. We prepare a Marketing Plan which
includes a Networking Action Plan that explains how we will expose your home to
the greatest number of buyers and work to obtain the highest price in today's
market place. Our Master Market Analysis Report is based on like-kind homes
currently available for sale in the same or comparative community, homes
recently placed in escrow, recently sold homes-- and most important--the
subjective value we place on your property. Our team invites tough standards and
we are accountable to you for our actions.
Transaction Coordinator - Our Transaction Coordinator keeps you informed
during escrow and expedites the closing process. We provide follow-up contract
time lines, coordinate paperwork for inspections, disclosures, vendor liaison,
loan process and lender liaison, and maintain an on-going liaison with you and
the cooperating agent representing the buyer/seller of the contract--all to
ensure a stress-free transition to recorded ownership.
Marketing & Advertising Coordinator - This person's main task is to make
sure we are promoting your home within our vast market networking system with
fellow real estate agents, referral and relocation companies, newspapers and
magazines. They are also responsible for coordinating the photography and
creation of advertising collateral such as flyers, brochures, signage, website,
and all of Team Weichman's special projects and promotions.
